Who installs and plumbs it in?
That is agreed between you and the owner, and most listings assume you are collecting and connecting the appliance yourself. Ask before booking if you need help with plumbing or stairs, and check the dimensions and connections you have at home first.
What if the appliance leaks or breaks down?
Switch it off, contact the owner and do not attempt a repair. Hirers are responsible for an appliance while it is in their possession and are liable for damage or loss. Every booking is covered by the Lender Guarantee up to £30,000.
