How does DVD rental work on Rentoodle?
Choose the disc or set and the dates, then book. New hirers verify their identity once for £2 and pay nothing on top of the lender's price. Discs usually travel by tracked delivery, and some lenders offer local collection instead.
How long can I keep a box set?
As long as the lender's listing allows. The default minimum hire is two days, and longer periods are set and priced by the owner, so a full series is usually booked by the week. Message the lender if you need more time.
What if a disc is scratched or lost in the post?
Tell the lender promptly and keep the packaging. Hirers are responsible for items while they are in their possession and are liable for replacement, so post returns by a tracked service. Every booking is covered by the Lender Guarantee up to £30,000.
