About luggage hire
A large suitcase is used for two weeks a year and stored for the other fifty. Rentoodle lets you hire luggage from people near you for the trip you are actually taking, whether that is a family holiday, a house move or a business meeting.

Hiring also means the right size for the trip rather than a compromise. Borrowers pay 0% in fees plus a one-time £2 ID check, every booking is covered by the Lender Guarantee up to £30,000, and you can choose delivery or local collection.

Luggage hire FAQs
How does luggage hire work on Rentoodle?
Choose the case or bag and the dates, then book. New hirers verify their identity once for £2 and pay nothing extra on top of the owner's price. The owner sends it by tracked delivery before you travel, or arranges a local collection.
Should I book for the whole trip?
Yes. Book from the day you pack to the day you can realistically return the case, not just the flight dates, so a delay does not leave you short. Longer trips are priced by the owner, so message them if your return date might move.
What if a case is damaged in transit?
Airlines are hard on luggage, so photograph the case when it arrives and again before you return it. Hirers are liable for repair or replacement while an item is with them, and every booking is covered by the Lender Guarantee up to £30,000.
