About pet equipment hire
Some pet equipment is needed for a single journey or a single season. A travel crate for a flight, a horse box for one show, a cage while a hutch is repaired. Rentoodle lets owners across the UK hire those things from each other.

Pet equipment hire FAQs
How does pet equipment hire work on Rentoodle?
Choose the item and the dates, then book. New hirers complete a one-time £2 identity check and pay nothing on top of the owner's price. The owner sends it by tracked delivery or arranges a local collection, which is easier for crates.
How is hygiene handled between hires?
Owners are expected to clean equipment before it goes out and hirers to return it clean. Listings are written by the pet owners themselves, so ask how an item has been cleaned and stored before you book. Say if your pet has been unwell.
What if equipment is damaged by my pet?
Tell the owner as soon as you notice. Hirers are responsible for items while they are in their possession and are liable for repair or replacement, chewed straps and bent bars included. Every booking is covered by the Lender Guarantee up to £30,000.
